Family Weekend 2017 Participants Support the Colonel's Cupboard
Family Weekend 2017 participants made wonderful contributions to the Colonel's Cupboard at the annual Family Fun Festival. Over 140 pounds of food was donated, which will directly serve EKU students experiencing food insecurity on EKU's campus. We are incredibly grateful for the generosity of EKU parents, family and friends!
About the Colonel's Cupboard
The Colonel's Cupboard is a service of Student Life & First-Year Experience that provides food boxes to currently enrolled students of the University (full or part-time) in need. The Cupboard will provide any student who is worried or concerned about food security with a food box. The Colonel's Cupboard is fully supported by donations, and positively impacts the lives of EKU students to encourage their academic and full success.
EKU parents, family, and friends are welcome to donate nonperishable items to the Colonel's Cupboard anytime during the academic year between 8:00a.m.-4:30p.m. to the office of Student Life & First-Year Experience, located at 128 Powell Student Center.
